What We Collect

FormVue collects minimal data necessary to provide our service:

• Email address - Used to identify your account and manage your license
• Usage metrics - Number of dashboards created, forms connected, responses processed (for tier limits)
• Payment information - Processed securely by Stripe; we never store card numbers

What We Don't Collect

FormVue does not collect, store, or have access to:

• Your form responses or spreadsheet data
• The content of your dashboards
• Any files in your Google Drive

All dashboard generation happens within your Google environment. Your data never leaves Google's servers.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain the FormVue service
• To enforce tier limits (free vs. pro)
• To process payments via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (receipts, subscription updates)

Third Parties

• Google - FormVue runs as a Google Workspace add-on within your Google environment
• Stripe - Handles all payment processing securely
• Vercel - Hosts our API infrastructure
• Supabase - Stores license and usage data

Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion by contacting support@formvue.app.
